The Company was founded in 1994 and engaged in coal trade and semi-coke trade first, and went into industry since 1997. At present, the projects completed in wholly owned production base include annual output 50,000t metal magnesium production line, annual output 10,000t magnesium alloy ingots production line, annual output 1,200,000t washed coal production line, annual output 1,200,000t semi-coke production line, annual output 50,000,000 pieces baking-free bricks production line, and annual output 18,000 reducing tanks production line; there are more than 1,500 employees in the Company. Tianyu Metal Magnesium Production Line was built in 2003, and expanded in 2007; it has passed ISO9001 quality system certification; the Company has mainly focused on magnesium industry since 2010. Metal magnesium production line has been included in magnesium industry admittance enterprises first approved by National Ministry of Industry and Information in 2012.
The Company is a magnesium production enterprise with self-managed import and export right, and it run export on magnesium industry since 2008, exporting to international markets in Europe, Japan, Korea, India and the Middle East. The Company has been awarded as one of "Top 5 Top Raw Magnesium Suppliers" by the internationally specialized rating organization.
